1. SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. COMPANY controls this Site from the U.A.E. 3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
4. PURCHASES. COMPANY accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED and USD for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of COMPANY. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. COMPANY will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not countryspecific

COMPANY is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
All products will be available by accessing Your account, created once You have registered using the Registration Form. You shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of Your username and password(s). You understand that You shall be solely responsible for all information electronically transmitted, or use of any data, information or services obtained using Your username and password.
Downloadable Products including but not limited to those Products accessed through your account, will be made available as soon as We have accepted a completed Product Order Form together with full payment from You and We have issued You a receipt.
All relevant details for attendance at a live Event (online) will be made available prior to the live Event. We will either contact You, email You, or grant You access to these details through your account.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – All our products, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, are subject to a 14 day cooling off period from the time of purchase. If you change your mind and wish to cancel and refund for any reason within 14 days please email us at billing@fastlaunchdigital.com for a full refund. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY: Once you have purchased our product within 15 minutes you will receive your unique username and password to access the program. You can access your product within our secure company membership website which you will access after purchase.
