This Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, payment plans and consumer rights apply to purchases made from Fast Launch Digital, operated by Alliance Digital Training Pty Ltd (ABN 77 659 807 520) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This Policy applies to all purchases made through fastlaunchdigital.com, our checkout pages, membership portals, digital products, online programs, downloadable materials, live online events and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Products and Services”).

By purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use.

1. Our Commitment to You

We want you to feel completely comfortable when choosing to learn with us. We only want customers who genuinely see value in what we teach, and we are confident enough in our content to stand behind it fully.

Our programs are designed to deliver real value - practical insights, structured learning and tools you can apply immediately. We aim to do business the right way, with fairness and transparency.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Personal Circumstances

Because our Products and Services include immediate access to digital content, training, downloads, intellectual property and live online components, we do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind

• non-use or failure to access the content

• failure to attend live sessions

• scheduling conflicts

• dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference

• personal circumstances (including illness, financial hardship or life events)

• choosing not to continue after accessing the material

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law, all sales are final.

3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, repair or replacement) if there is a major failure with the Product or Service you purchased.

A “major failure” includes situations where:

• the service is not delivered as described;

• the service is substantially unfit for its intended purpose; or

• the service is unsafe.

If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, you must contact us and provide reasonable details so we can assess your request.

4. Digital Products and Instant Access

Most of our Products and Services provide immediate access to:

• course content

• training modules

• downloadable materials

• templates

• tools

• community areas

• live session links

Once access is granted, the purchase is considered consumed, and refunds are not available unless required by law.

5. Payment Plans

If you enter into a payment plan, you agree to:

• pay all instalments in full and on time;

• ensure your payment method remains valid;

• complete the full payment plan regardless of your level of participation.

A payment plan is not a subscription that you may cancel after access is granted.

• If a payment fails, we may:

• retry your payment method;

• suspend access until payment is made;

• require immediate payment of overdue amounts;

• take reasonable steps to recover amounts owing.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days. We will verify the duplicate transaction and may issue a refund for the second purchase.

7. Event Cancellations or Changes

If we cancel a live online event, workshop or session, we will:

• reschedule the session; or

• provide access to a recording; or

• offer an alternative session of equivalent value.

If we materially change an event in a way that significantly reduces its value, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

8. Promotional Offers and Bonuses

Refunds are not available for:

• discounted purchases

• promotional bundles

• bonus inclusions

• imited-time offers

• early-bird pricing

• unless required by law.

If a refund is issued under the ACL, any bonuses or promotional items provided with the purchase may be revoked.

We will assess your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law.

We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards, accounts or third parties.
